Specialty Camps
Optional Add-on Specialty Camps
Specialty camps occur from 9:00-11:15 A.M., during the morning funshops time, and campers will then rejoin their regularly scheduled camp program. Please note that special events and field trips may occur at the same time as the specialty camp.
Campers must be enrolled at Camp Woodland Hills for the entire duration of the specialty camp. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, and the speciality camps may also be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. After May 8, 2026, if you choose to withdraw from the specialty camp, you are still responsible for the full cost of the specialty camp.
Robotics - Build, Code, CreateStop Motion Animation

Welcome to Robotics — one of our most exciting specialty classes at summer camp! In this hands-on course, campers will become real engineers and inventors as they design, build, and program their very own robots. Using motors, sensors, and simple coding, students will bring their creations to life and watch them move, react, and solve problems.

Campers will have so much fun completing coding challenges and puzzles that introduce campers to algorithms, loops, and debugging. We will also experiment with lots of other fun tech interactives.
Groove, Shine, Perform - Dance Camp

Get ready to move and groove in our high-energy Dance Camp — a special program where campers learn fun routines, build confidence, and express themselves through dance! Throughout the week, students will explore exciting dance styles, practice cool moves, and work together to create an unforgettable performance.
